Service Description

The individual “Nutrition Counseling (Extension) Package” is for established clients with a working Individual Nutrition Care Plan. This package provides an opportunity for clients to extend the working relationship, and continue revising established action steps based on current health challenges or goals. The $200 “3-Month Individual Nutrition Counseling (Extension) Package” includes - Six 30-minute sessions conducted over three months, typically two sessions per month. Just a reminder, this package is for established clients with a working Individual Nutrition Care Plan. Please do not schedule this package without a working NCP as fees are assessed and will be deducted from any necessary refunds.
