Service Description

Nutrition educational workshops are available for community organizations, church groups, businesses, or schools, among other organizations. Topics such as "Nutrients and What They Do for You," "A Healthy Diet in Today's America", and "Feeding Their Growing Bodies", are available for presentation to groups. Other presentations will be prepared based on client needs upon request. Presentations can be arranged as a "Lunch and Learn," or as a "Saturday Workshop," upon request. Materials are provided by Eat 4 Health Nutrition Counseling, LLC. Materials may include PowerPoint presentations, icebreaker activities, guided and independent learning instruction and activities as well as handouts for attendees. Group educational events are conducted on a contractual basis, and prices vary according to the number of attendees and required materials.
