Service Description

The individual “Nutrition Counseling for Current Clients” sessions are available to all established clients with a working Individual Nutrition Care Plan and can be scheduled on an “as-needed” basis. These sessions are meant to provide additional support and an opportunity for existing clients to discuss progress, address new health challenges or goals, revise established action steps based on new health challenges or goals, or discuss any new developments in the client's health status that they would like to address to optimize their health.
